After realizing I could actually make money by making things, I started an Etsy shop to try and ditch the student loans and supplement my not-so-great full time job pay. Fast forward to now and with over 1 million in product sales on Etsy and a brick and mortar store, I want to share everything I know to help YOU know how to succeed selling products.
I teach people who wish they could actually make money selling products online. Wanna know the hardest part? Starting! But hey, i'm here to help! Starting a business was SO scary to me. You can imagine my panic when my CPA mother-in-law said words to me like “tax withholding” and “P&L” and “BOOKKEEPING”.
I've never meant anything more!
When I say, “If I can do it you can do it,”
When I’m not busy in the shop or singing to the masses about how to sell products, you can find me in the garden pretending my toddler isn’t eating dirt (it's good for them right?), trying to keep these herding dogs exercised, or starting my next DIY home project.. I think I heard my husband sigh even as I wrote that!
Speaking of herding dogs- who needs sheep with a toddler around? Nash and Hiro are the OG mascots of our business. They have seen the late nights and barked at their fair share of postal workers. Hiro will gladly hug you or lovingly drop a soggy tennis ball in your lap (over and over again). He can regularly be found at the shop! Nash is our sour patch kid who is an excellent model with his happy-aussie grin, but definitely is happier at home away from the bustle of day-to-day shop life.

We opened our brick-and-mortar store in 2020, what a choice right? After a series of events, we had the opportunity to purchase our industrial printer. There was no way it was going to make it up to our studio on the 3rd floor of a historical building. On the way home one day in the thick of finding a solution, a "for rent" sign went up in the window of 134 East Beverley Street. We scheduled a tour and would you believe the layout of the shop is identical to what I had mapped out would be our dream studio?
